Transition
Foothill
Health and Wellness has recently transitioned
ownership from Stem Holdings back to the
founding Sisson family, now operating under
the new LLC, Ohana
Divergent. Despite the ownership change,
Foothill Health and Wellness has maintained
its strong foundation in the adult-use market,
continuing to serve its community from its
location nestled between Tahoe and Sacramento
for over a decade.
Deep
Roots
Founded by Dave Sisson in 2011, Foothill Health and Wellness quickly found its niche, serving the local community as well as travelers journeying from the Bay Area to Tahoe. Since its inception, Foothill has stayed true to its original character and community-focused approach, guided by the Sisson family: Dave’s wife, Stacy Sisson; daughter, Lauren Sisson; son, Mason Sisson; and son-in-law, Jason Music.

Like many of the original medical dispensaries, Foothill Health and Wellness has cultivated a loyal following of regular customers who consistently return for their medicinal needs. Every visit provides an opportunity for customers to connect with the friendly, knowledgeable staff, creating a family-like atmosphere that’s not commonly found in larger, commercial dispensaries.

customer base. The shop's mission is as
straightforward as ever: "If you help
enough people get what they want, you’ll get
what you want," says founder Dave Sisson.
